Production of asphalt plants
We can offer our customers a wide range of products, which we produce and sell at our asphalt plants in Vilnius and Klaipėda. International experience encourages us to discover higher quality and more sustainable construction products, which we have tested and introduced to the Lithuanian market. The asphalt plant in Vilnius is one of the largest in the capital, with new equipment that can produce up to 320 tonnes of asphalt concrete per hour. We also offer production in Klaipėda, where the asphalt plant can produce up to 220 tonnes of asphalt concrete per hour.

All asphalts of the types and grades specified are currently produced In the Technical Specifications for Road Asphalt Mixtures TRA ASFALTAS 24. Visų asfalto mišinių gamybos kontrolės sistemos sertifikuotos notifikuotos įstaigos pagal 2+ sistemą. Pirkėjui visuomet pateikiame asfalto mišinio eksploatacinių savybių deklaraciją ir ,,CE“ ženklinimo etiketę.

Unbound mixtures
We can currently offer unbound crushed pavement mix to customers in our Vilnius and Klaipėda plants.
Our unbound mixtures meet the following requirements - Specification for the technical requirements for road mineral mixtures used in binderless layers TRA SBR 19 and LST EN 13285. The system for assessing and verifying the stability of the performance of unbonded mixtures is certified by a notified body in accordance with System 2+ (Certificates No KSMSC-477 and No KSMSC-478).
Declarations of Performance are issued with the products sold.
Polymer modified bitumen
We have been producing polymer-modified bitumen since 1999, using special modification equipment at the Vilnius Asphalt Plant. Our experience enables us to offer a wide range of polymer-modified bitumen for road construction and other applications.
All the polymer-modified bitumens specified in In the Technical Specifications for Bitumens and Polymer Modified Bitumens for Road Roads TRA BITUM 23. We are ready to produce other polymer-modified bitumens complying with the requirements of LST EN 14023, according to specific customer requirements and with prior agreement on product performance.
Polymer-modified bitumen can be transported using our transport service, subject to prior agreement on quantities and delivery times.
Bituminous emulsion
In Lithuania, the production of bituminous emulsions started in 1976 at our Vilnius asphalt plant. We are proud to have the longest experience in bituminous emulsion production in the sector.
We currently produce all types of emulsions specified in In the description of technical requirements for bituminous emulsions for roads TRA BE 08/15. We are ready to produce other bituminous emulsions complying with the requirements of LST EN 13808 according to customer requirements and with prior agreement on product performance. The emulsion production control system is certified by a Notified Body in accordance with System 2+ (Certificate No 1397-CPR-0357).
The bituminous emulsion can be transported using our transport service, subject to prior agreement on quantities and delivery times.
